What Christmas is really about

What Christmas is really about...........um, what is it about,, oh yea and it's not about presents. It's about Jesus being born and dying for us on the cross and us being able to ask for forgiveness when we sin. Yea, presents are nice and most of us are even lucky we get them at all. So all I'm asking is that you remember what I told you!

Second to Last

Oh man this is my second to last basketball game. I don't want the season to end,basketball is so fun but soon it will be horseback riding time.YEA.Also No since basketball's ending soon.

Basketball

Today we had another game! This is our second game and we won both!We have a game every Saturday and last week we were against red shirts and they were easy we won 11 to 3! But then we had the maroon shirts and they were harder we barley won 7 to 6. Our team really works hard to win and have fun and in case your wondering were black shirts and our team name is Wake Forest and were UNDEFEATED

Grandma's Surprise

A few day's ago I was on the phone with Grandma asking her what she was doing for her birthday she said nothing really just going out to eat with Papa. I usually go trick or treating with my Mom's family but they were busy so I went with my Dad but he didn't feel like going trick or treating so we thought and he said how bout we surprise grandma for her birthday and I said that sounds funner than trick or treating anyway so since she was doing nothing and we were doing nothing I surprised her by visiting her and she Loved it!!!!!!!

Sick

Here I am second week at school and already sick. I went to school today not felling good after an hour I told my teacher and he let me go to the nurse to check my temperature it was 99.9 so daddy came and picked me up because you can't go to school with temperature so here I'm now writing this to you! Please Lord help me heal my body.

Leroy the Lion!!

At the fair they always have a show of an animal and this year it was a Lion and Tiger show!!!!The Tiger is trained and the trainer knows what to do so it's not dangerous for them but for us it is. It was really cool and daring!!!!!!!

The Open Door Tour

We visited the open door and Grandma's friend, Lois, took us on a tour, we learned all about it and what it's for. The Open Door is where Homeless people stay. They get free clothes and free food and a place to sleep, but during the day they need to go out and find a job, then come back for lunch, then dinner, then bed.The worker's volunteer, people donate food and clothes. It was very interesting.
Thank you Lord for having a place for homeless people can stay.
